If you're building a brow maintenance schedule in Miami, the short answer is that most returning clients settle into a shape every three to four weeks. The part nobody mentions is what to do with the rest of that appointment. You're already in the suite, the slot is already yours, and several of the smaller services on my menu take ten or fifteen minutes each.

What a brow maintenance schedule in Miami looks like
Once your shape exists, upkeep is quick. Brow Sculpting Maintenance is $25 for 20 minutes, and it's a clean-up of a shape we already built together, with no mapping needed. If we've never met, or it's been long enough that the old shape has grown out past recognition, First Time Brows is $45 for 35 minutes because it includes the full consultation and brow mapping where I measure and mark against your own features first. I ask first-timers to arrive with their brows grown out for at least 3 to 4 weeks, and that same window is what makes a comfortable rhythm afterward. The rest of the brow menu, including tint and the lamination tiers, sits alongside those two.
Twenty minutes is a short appointment, and that's exactly why add-ons make sense. You drove here, you parked, you found the suite. Folding in one more thing costs you a few extra minutes instead of a whole second trip across Miami-Dade later in the month.
Facial waxing is the easiest thing to attach
Upper Lip is $8 for 10 minutes, and it's far and away the most common thing I add to a brow visit. If you'd rather book it as a single service, Brow Shaping + Upper Lip is $33+ for 20+ minutes, and anyone coming in for the first time can take First Time Brows + Upper Lip at $53. Past the lip, Facial Hair Removal starts at $8 and covers chin, sideburns, cheeks, lower lip, ears and nose, with 8 options available depending on what you want cleaned up.
For facial waxing in Miami I use premium hard wax from Italwax and Waxness, which grips the hair rather than the skin, so it's a gentler option on the delicate areas around the eyes and mouth. A quick note on prep that applies to eyebrow waxing and lip work alike: tell me what you're putting on your face. Retinol and strong actives change how skin behaves under wax, and I'd rather adjust my method than have you leave pinker than you expected.
Body waxing runs on a slower clock
A full body wax in Miami isn't one line item on my menu. It's a stack of areas you can combine, and each one has its own price and its own timing. Underarm Wax is $20 for 15 minutes and is a good way to stay tidy between longer appointments. Half Leg Wax is $60 for 25 minutes, covering lower or upper leg. Full Chest / Stomach is $65, and Full Booty Cheeks is $35. The small strips fill in the gaps: Stomach Strip is $10, Inner Thighs are $12, Booty Strip Only is $15, and Bikini Line Only is $20.
Body areas won't sync neatly with a three to four week brow rhythm, and they aren't supposed to. I recommend a Brazilian wax every 4 to 6 weeks, which is the timing that lets hair reach the length the wax can actually grip. So expect your brow visit and your waxing appointment to overlap some months and not others, and book the bigger session around whatever you have coming up rather than forcing it onto the brow calendar.
When the two do line up, a little prep goes a long way. Hair should be at least a quarter inch, roughly the length of a grain of rice, so hold off on shaving for 2 to 3 weeks beforehand. Exfoliate gently a day or two ahead, not the morning of. Skip sun exposure, tanning beds and retinol on the area for at least 24 hours, go easy on caffeine and alcohol that morning since both can make skin more sensitive, and wear loose clothing so you're comfortable on the drive home.
Lashes that fit the same appointment
Combos are where the scheduling math really pays off. Lash Lift and Tint + Brow Shape is $120 for 80 minutes, which covers both the lift and the shape in one sitting. Returning brow clients often take Korean Lash Lift + Brow Shaping at $140 for 80 minutes, lash tint included, for a softer glossy curl. If you already wear a top set, Bottom Lashes are $40 for 30 minutes and balance the whole eye.
Keep in mind that a lash lift holds for weeks on its own, so it won't need refreshing as often as your brows do. Most clients who book lash lifts here in Westchester end up pairing them with every second or third brow visit instead of every one. The full lash menu lists the combinations and how long each takes, which is worth a look before you pick a time slot, since the longer sets need a real chunk of the afternoon.
One scheduling detail that matters more than people expect: online bookings here are requests that I review and approve within 48 hours, not instant confirmations. Book a little further ahead than feels necessary, especially for combos. If the time you want is already taken, join the waitlist while you're booking and you'll get a text when something opens up. I ask for at least 18 hours notice to move or cancel.
