Before You Book
A few things that keep appointments running smoothly for everyone.
Your booking is a request
Online bookings are not confirmed instantly. Jackiee reviews and approves each request within 48 hours, so watch for your confirmation. If the time you want is taken, join the waitlist while you book and you will get a text when a spot opens up.
Card on file and cancellations
A card on file is required to book online. Plans change, and that is okay, just give at least 18 hours notice. No-shows and cancellations within 18 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the service.
Your first visit
New clients complete a short intake form before the first appointment. Patch tests are free, just ask for one when you book.
Reactions and sensitivities
Everyone's skin is different, so we cannot refund a service because of a reaction or sensitivity. If you are unsure how your skin will respond, a free patch test is the way to go.
Lash appointments
A full lash set means 2 to 4 hours lying down, so wear something comfortable. If you already have extensions from somewhere else, book a removal along with your fresh set.
